Junior Digital Designer
Junior Digital Designer wanted for a busy studio at a creative agency in Surbiton.
Salary range £18,000-20,000 depending on experience.
We are looking for a talented, ambitious and creative Junior Digital Designer. The role would suit a recent graduate or someone with some industry experience, but also willing to learn.
You will be a motivated, hard-working individual, looking to develop your skills and be part of a great team, working on a broad variety of projects across many different sectors.
You will possess all the appropriate industry skill sets expected for the role.
Applicants should have
- a degree or equivalent in graphic design
- specialising in digital, motion graphics and 3d
- Adobe CS, AfterEffects, Cinema 4D or equivalent
- Video editing and effects
- an interest in mobile applications
You will be organised and efficient, able to work to deadlines and under pressure, as well as making effective creative contributions when working with the directors.
Your first language will be English and references will be required.

Creative Web Designer
Creative Web Designer for a busy studio at a growing creative agency here in Surbiton.
Salary £25,000 – 30,000 depending on experience.
We are looking to recruit a Web Designer with 2-3+ year’s experience in the creative industry and website design.
You will be a motivated, hard-working individual, looking to enhance your skills and be part of a great team, working on a broad variety of projects across many different sectors, as well as developing the agency’s web/digital offering and services.
The role is for Web Designer ( HTML CSS ), where you will be able to concentrate on the creative and design development of projects, however knowledge and appreciation of back-end development and CMS is advantageous.
The successful Web Designer ( HTML CSS ) will have the following skills;
- To be creative and innovative
- Experience of the following:
- PHP, MySQL, XHTML, CSS, Javascript, WordPress, CS
(HTML5 and mobile/tablet application programming would be helpful)
- SEO/SEM, social media and online marketing knowledge
- Proven ability to work towards & meet critical deadlines.
- Organised and methodical with first class attention to detail.
- A self motivated, energetic, enthusiastic and capable of prioritising tasks.
- Effective Communication Skills.
- An understanding of Typography, Colour & Photography.
- Ideally Degree Educated or with equivalent Design Qualifications.

Admin Assistant (Part time) wanted for a busy studio at a growing creative agency in Surbiton.
Salary to be discussed depending on experience and availability.
We are a full-service design agency looking to recruit an Admin Assistant on a part-time basis (9ish – 3pm) – could be ideal for a back to work mum with a background in the industry.
We are looking for someone who will perform a range of administration and support tasks, working within the design team and supporting the Directors in project administration with the possibility of developing into an account management role. A successful candidate will enjoy a variety of roles and experiences with the potential to grow with the agency.
