The Royal British Legion – Brand Review

The Royal British Legion appointed OceanBarefoot in July last year to carry out a comprehensive brand review and audit, as part of a longer programme to develop a new set of Brand Guidelines for the charity.

A brand review and audit was carried out to ascertain brand perception, awareness and effectiveness throughout The Royal British Legion and the wider public community.

Aims

Our aim was to form a set of conclusions and recommendations as well as highlight short-falls and branding issues, from which a programme of development could be proposed to eventually inform and construct a comprehensive and effective set of brand guidelines.

Surveys

We carried out stakeholder and general public ‘awareness’ surveys, as well as a comprehensive brand audit across the Legion’s entire print, online and digital platforms.

Report

The results and conclusions for each part of the review were set out in separate reports and compiled into a full Brand Review document folder.
